Bache & Lynch is proud to be a member of the Injury Board, a network of experienced plaintiff trial attorneys throughout the US, Canada, United Kingdom, and the Caribbean. Members of the Injury Board are dedicated advocates of the civil justice system and consumer rights.
Membership is limited to firms that are committed to the pursuit and preservation of civil justice. And is difficult to obtain. Applications of all prospective members are presented before the Injury Board membership for approval. To be eligible for membership, firms must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Leadership: A firm member must have held, currently hold, or be in line to hold an executive committee position in their local, state, or national trial lawyer association or bar association.
Board Certification: A firm member must be board certified in civil trial law. This designation not only reflects a dedication to the practice of law but also signifies a lawyer’s expertise in their field.
In accordance with the Injury Board’s commitment to leadership, Frances is a Board Member for the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
As Tucson and Oro Valley personal injury lawyers we are honored to be part of an organization that is committed to the preservation of the civil justice system.
